Return Policy — Kyudo Collections
We want you to love your Kyudo Collections bag. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 10 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at hello@kyudocollections.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the warehouse address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method at your own cost.
- Once received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
- Store credit is issued by default and is valid for 12 months.
- If you prefer a cash refund, it will be returned to your original payment method minus a $5 restocking fee.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll make it right — at no cost to you. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged items (due to customer handling)
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Gift cards
